Summary/Abstract: Many researchers from different areas affirm that we are facing a fragmentation of the sciences and, not only in a few cases, this fragmentation is associated to postmodernism, a current that puts its mark not only on the artistic and cultural sphere, but also on the world of science. Law does not make an exception from this fragmentation, which very frequently is doubled by an interdisciplinary dimension that brings us in front of some hybrid constructions integrating law and economy, law and technology, law and biology, etc. In this article, we aim at analyzing the nowadays developments concerning the relation law-linguistics, from an interdisciplinary perspective, and to decipher the emergence of the elements of a new branch of science: the linguistic law. These types of interactions can be mostly noticed if we relate to the area of the formal legistics and of the precision of the legal drafting.
