Summary/Abstract: Since its independence,too many efforts were spending about the publishing a newspaper or a magazine in Kars , so many concrete products that emerged on this issue and for many years the continuity in the press has been seen.In terms of its contributions to the Kars’s social and cultural life’s gaining mobility,the press takes an important place. In our research,we only evaluated the newspaper and the magazine which we could reach , but at the same time we have briefly mentioned about the magazines and newspapers that were published but we can not reach ,as well.
