Summary/Abstract: In the period from 1950s to 1970s, Rastko Rašajski, the custodian of the Museum in the city of Vršac, collected a vast number of knapped stone artifacts from the sites Crvena and At. This assemblage was published in detail, and the site At was subject to several campaigns of archaeological excavations. This fieldwork research confirmed the stratigraphic context of the finds collected by Rašajski and proved that the collection may be ascribed to Aurignacian. The present paper presents the results of the analysis of laminar technology from Crvenka and At. On the grounds of the analysis of 532 artifacts, it has been concluded that the technology of blades and bladelets from the sites near Vršac may be linked to the early classical Aurignacian facies.
