Summary/Abstract: This paper analysing the method for election of Constitutional Court judges by comparative and national law, with special emphasis on the bodies that elect or appoint judgesof Constitutional Court as well asconditions prescribed for their election. After analysis of the applicable constitutional provisions for the election of Constitutional Court judges, and the practice itself, the paper provides a critical review of the existing solutions in the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and suggests the necessity to reform the existing method of appointment judges of the Constitutional Court, in accordance with the standards that are encountered in comparative law.
