Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationships between individual performance evaluation and suggestion systems with sustainable productivity and interactions among them in a big-sized dairy products company which has an integrated Performance Management System. Therefore, the study is a descriptive and explanatory qualitative study in nature, and case study method has been used for the research and descriptive analysis approach has been adopted. From this view, a a-three part comprehensive questionnaire has been designed to collect data and responds of the participants have been taken through face-to-face structured and semi-structured interviews and document analysis visiting the business regularly. The study culminates with the findings that would be able to contribute to the literature on how the case organization integrated sustainable productivity with its performance and suggestion systems both are the best in class practices. Although not generalizable,applicable results also have been reached for those who want to revise their performance management systems including sustainable productivity.
