Summary/Abstract: On the basis of analysis of the various special literature, printed mainly in Russia and partly in Ukraine, the possible going is examined near understanding of essence of культурно-дозвіллєвої activity in modern terms. The problem field of regional cultural practice and possible ways of exit are analysed from a crisis, in particular speech goes about the possible forms of collaboration of business structures and guidance the sphere of culture in a region. Attention is accented on the most successful forms of realization of культурно-дозвіллєвих practice on Рівненщині, organized by methodical services of edge. Descriptions of the most successful forms of organization of культурно-дозвіллєвої activity are given also in Ukraine, the most problem tangencies of business and культурно-дозвіллєвої sphere are shown. It is marked on leading progress of this activity trends and possible effective forms of her use in modern terms. Festival motion as modern form of cultural maintenance of population is analysed.
