Summary/Abstract: Public-private partnership is an eligible mechanism of public infrastructure production and public service realization, which gains in importance in high-developed countries. Lack of funds in our country complicates or completely precludes implementation of, so called, classic model of financing public needs, so our country attempts to implement foreign experiences. In the seconditions, the science has to inspect implementation forms of public-private partnership. This article intends to describe several classifications of executive patterns of public – private partnership in legal-economy science and national legislation e od Bosnia and Herzegovina and their correlations.
