Some aspects of prices and pricing in a construction enterprise

Summary/Abstract: The issues of prices and pricing in a construction enterprise are examined in the paper presented. The nature of the price of building production as a value in a monetary form and also as a reflection of the conditions under which it is rea­li­zed are analyzed. The main func­tions of price in regards to the pro­duction of a construction enterprise are investigated. Special attention is paid to the pricing meth­ods which can be applied both in all enterprise practices and in building sector enterprises (in particular). Presented in this paper are the MSS 11 Contracts for building and the SS 11 Contracts for building which respectively regulate the Contract on the basis of a fixed price and the Contract on the basis of “costs plus”. The most often used contracts are also discussed, with a view to the requirements of practice and variants of individual prices in the building sector.
