NON-EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE OFFICE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS WITH SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE EDUCATIONAL-INFORMATIVE ACTIONS

Summary/Abstract: The article present the issue of non-executive functions of the President of the Office of Eleectronic Communications, both in the theoretical as well as the practical dimensions, as exemplifiedby the educational-informative actions of this body. The first part of the article discusses the opinionsrelated to these issues as present in the doctrine of administrative law. The second part dealswith the educational-informative powers of the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.The third part presents actions of the body related to running the Consumer Information Centre and the Certification Programme of the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.
