Summary/Abstract: This paper presents theoretical aspects of researching traditional material culture (crop science lexicon) of Ruthenians in Vojvodina, Serbia. The corpus was gathered through field research method. Presenting methodology of a fieldwork researching and analizing crop science lexicon as a part of Ruthenian traditional material culture could contribut to development of future researching in this field.
