Summary/Abstract: Recent theoretical and applicative concerns focused on psycho-pedagogical research of school and professional orientation emphasize need to develop an efficient system of optimal combination of training of specialists with the qualification of a pupils' profession in order to achieve one of the major objectives Of the school: socio-professional integration of youth. Under conditions of modern society, where the optimal valorisation of human resources is a capital issue, the knowledge and self-knowledge in time and well of the capacities of each person is of particular importance.
