Summary/Abstract: In the article there is presented a situation in the world labor market: due fierce competition only well-prepared professionals can enter it. In order to become the successful employees, HEI graduates have to be professionally well-trained, self-confident and good at business English specialists. The application of two teaching/learning methods, case study and role-playing (simulation), is one of the ways to develop real professionals. Furthermore, theoretical basis of the methodology, practical its application, efficiency and influence on the process of wellprepared professionals’ development are analyzed.. reover, students’ positive approach towards such study process organization style, based on survey results, is presented, conclusions provided.
