Summary/Abstract: Within this study, the authors intend to analyse the enforcement of judgments pronounced by the administrative disputes courts, in the light of the general provisions of the Civil Procedure Code and of the special provisions of the Law on administrative disputes No 554/2004, as well as of the case law in this matter.
