She gives this idea a real dimension by driving it to the perspective of the individual as a member of political society (citizen). The author of the article focuses on the issues that for the presented philosophy of politics seem to be essential. She points out the fundamental issues defining the nature of the socio-political considerations. These are the issues of freedom, pacifism, pluralism, tolerance and morality. The law, like politics, according to the concept of Maria Szyszkowska, should be implemented considering the higher values.
