Summary/Abstract: Implementing a project to extend the office space for the registration of the Tuzla customs office (about 200 m) was largely contributed by the great persistence of the employees of the Department of General Affairs. They permanently pointed to the management of the Customs House on the necessity and need to address this problem. That persistence has nevertheless paid off, and today we are on a good way to solve the problem of placing registrable materials of this important subject. Probably this solution is not the most optimal and there were better solutions. Still, this is far better than what we now have. Such a solution to the problem offers us far more opportunities for successful protection and handling of records. We hope that through this procedure the Customs House will be in good shape to create the necessary conditions for the adequate protection of its own registry, and for employees in these jobs will be created favorable conditions for successfully performing the tasks of handling the registry.
