Summary/Abstract: The ecological law of recent years is characterized by the expansion of the social relations covered by its legal norms. The nuclear and energy relations appear in addition to the traditional ecological relations – landscape, floral, and eco-systematic. There exists the resource component that does not belong to the traditional natural resources, for example, household and radiation waste, natural and climatic potential etc.At the same time, some components of the environmental law are separated artificially and function independently. We can mention the land law as an example of such separation as the lawyers who practice it believe that the land law has transformed and became a new branch of the legal system.
