Summary/Abstract: Mantıku'l-Gayb is a work belonging to the period of Ancient Anatolian Turkısh period and its author is Musa bin Şeyh Tahir Tokadi. It is known that the author about whom there is no enough information is a person one of the celebrities of the Halvettes and made a name for himself in terms of science. The fact that the work was written in the period of Old Anatolian Turkish is of higher importance. It is aimed to determine the adjectives and adverbs in the work named Mantıku'l-Gayb and contribute to the work that will be done in this area. Adjectives are words that precede names and other adjectives and describe them in terms of number, order, color, format. The adjectives in the study were grouped in two main titles as descriptive and determinative adjectives. Adverbs are words or groups of words that describe a verb, a verbal and an adjective in terms of situation, time, quantity and location. The adverbs are found by asking the questions like how, how much/many, when to the verb, verbal or adjective. In the study, the adverbs were grouped into 5 titles, including adverbs of manner, time, quantity, place and interrogative adverbs. Adjectives and adverbs in the work are very important as they reflect the language characteristics of Turkish in that period
