Summary/Abstract: Improvised speech is an important and suggestive form of political address, which is known not only by modern but also by classical rhetoricians. The speech may be true improvised speech and deliberately improvised speech. The advantages of both sub-types of improvised speech are suggestiveness and spontaneity which leaves a great effect on the audience. The natural talent of a speaker, motivation for a certain topic, knowledge of the topic, cold-bloodedness, use of dramatic breaks and other rhetorical means are necessary for improvised speech.
