Summary/Abstract: One of the factors that determine the performance level is the financial structure of the company. Although the role of this structure is complex and debatable, the analysis of financial structure allows us to make an initial assessment of its effect on financial performance, with implications for financial management. Financial leverage shows the impact of financial structure on financial profitability of the company. Analysis will be done in 3 pharmaceutical companies over 4 years.
