Summary/Abstract: In a constantly changing environment organizations need to adept to all external and internal influences and identify the best performing tools to performance. Organizational changes are accomplished successfully being approached as individual changes. Human resources are most valued when they are understood, respected, trusted and empowered. Every change implicates personnel, therefore behaviors and attitudes need to be addressed with specific skills by managers.
