Summary/Abstract: Alfred Schutz has put forward phenomenological sociology as a sociological method that can be used in social sciences to make sense of people's daily life, by blending Weber's semantic sociological thought with Husserl's phenomenological thinking method, the purpose of this study is to give Schutz the essence of the phenomenology and sociological methodology. In this context, it will be examined both the philosophical foundations and the process of making sense of the individual's own life of Schutz's phenomenology. From here, we will also understand how the social life of the individual is socialized by emphasizing Schutz's concepts. We will blend the legacy of the world of meaning analyzed by Schutz with an emphasis on Weber. The main aim of the work is to shed some light on the part of Schutz 's thoughts trying to reconcile the search for meaning of the individual and society after the symbolic interaction. Because Schutz is an individual influenced by both Husserl and Weber, his social theory is quite complex. For this reason, we will limit our work to the analysis of how it is constructed and how it relies on religion.
