Summary/Abstract: The Soviet Union export of cereal crops and the crops transposition for export from the actual harvests of 1930–1933 are analyzed in the article. It is shown that the most quoted Stalin’s words about the cereal crops export forcing referred exclusively to favorable for export 1930. In subsequent years, the position of the Soviet government changed because of the harvest reduction, the deterioration in the international grain market, as well as mistakes in planning. The analysis of export in 1931 — the first half of 1933 and management decisions of the USSR shows that the Soviet government reduced export in conditions of food hardship and famine arose, sought out money for import, quitted bail and returned part of rostrum the USSR ports. Decisions and actions of the USSR government show highly efficient solutions, as well as backup against accidents in the form of the original decline in export. The peak of the economic crisis in the first half of 1933 made the import of food in the USSR impossible.
