Summary/Abstract: Since the development stage of the method created by American educator, John Dewey, project-based learning has involved three fundamental objectives: identifying a real social-professional issue, the link between project and curriculum and connecting the student to the learning process. When the student is engaged by the learning process, he is training himself as a citizen since he has the direct experience of freedom of action and he understands the purpose of his professional integration. The project "Photography exhibition" offers future communications specialists the opportunity to develop their professional skills, from creating photos to organizing an exhibition using all related PR products. The creation of a representative photography portfolio stimulates a state of subjective well-being for the student, his/her professional creative abilities necessary for the future are developed and the student becomes aware of the requirements on the job market.
