Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to carry out a SWOT analysis of the Polish Energy Group (PGE SA). The analysis helps identify the most prominent strengths and weaknesses taking into account the environmental factors that may influence the Group’s development. PGE SA is the biggest producer and supplier of electricity in Poland and one of the biggest of its kind in the energy sector in Central and Eastern Europe.
