Summary/Abstract: The application of electronic monitoring, primarily, is directed at preventing criminal activity, detect criminal offenders (criminal organizations), detection of terrorist intentions, as well as detection of specific criminal offenses. In fact, the application of electronic monitoring may be: ante delictum application of electronic monitoring and post delictum use of electronic monitoring.
