Summary/Abstract: For a discussion of corruption as the most dangerous forms of organized crime it is appropriate to bear in mind the attitude of the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle, which reads: "The greatest crimes are not committed in order to obtain necessary than superfluous" because korupcionaš are (not) people (officers, public officials) without scruples, who abusing the trust. These are people who have a criminal state and society entrusted the performance of certain functions (position) in accordance with the specific material situatedness. However, such persons are characterized by wanton greed ("the more you have, the more they want"), which is satisfied by mimicking the trust given to them, making systematic crimes (crimes) or seize what belongs to the citizens of the mother country, collapsing time and the creatures of the state and society. Holders (actors) are primarily corruption officials who are in terminology known as "white collar", "white coats", "in white gloves" and so on. and if successful, become a "shadow ruler", or "discrete power", which in conjunction with extra-systemic organized criminals in a specific way "enslave" all citizens of the state and "captured" state, which they entrusted to perform certain functions.
