Summary/Abstract: Passing of a special Law on Responsiblity of legal persons for criminal offences in the Republik of Serbia in 2008, practically laid foundations for a new branch of positive law, but also some new teaching and science disciplines. Thereby, legal persons were finally understood as special kind of subject of criminal offences – executors and accomplices, and on the rules on criminal responsibility and punishment of those persons. The paper deals with basic terms – term, subject, title, function and sources of this new branch of criminal legislation.
