Summary/Abstract: The Constitution is a fundamental document for the public relations. Under formal logic, it should also be for public relations, referred to as "economic relations" as well. Consequently, the constitution is not just an economic document in a legal form that governs the political status quo but is an act that defines the general characteristics of the economy. Focusing on this achievement of 20th-century economic thought, this research is an effort aimed at expanding the potential of this extremely important and topical issue.
