Summary/Abstract: This paper is devoted to the details of the “common task” for humanity, as developed and propounded by the XIX-th century Russian thinker Nicolai Fedorovich Fedorov. He proclaimed that mankind is under a moral and religious obligation to overcome death and resurrect every single past generation. In this article I will focus on Fedorov’s futuristic vision of a high-tech society-brotherhood organized by the cult of ancestors. I am going to depict Fedorov’s project in terms of redesigning three primary relations: (1) man’s relation to the cosmos, (2) man’s relation to culture and (3) man’s relation to man
