Summary/Abstract: The present article bridges the gap between three artists’ creation, two writers and a sculptor. It attempts to discuss the paradigm of the spiral, the spiral that was to represent Joyce’s portrait in Brâncuşi’s vision and the spiral that was to symbolize Joyce’s and Eliade’s labyrinthine creation. Rotating the spiral counterclockwise, I discussed the return home, to the writers’ cities which represent the heart of their works.
