Summary/Abstract: Considereting separately, the topics of gender relations and child education have always been present, by importance and number, in the literature regarding family law. The analysis of the connection between the two topics deserves to award this work the attribute of premier analysis. The author analyzes these mutually connected topics through legal norms of gender equality and children’s rights, and through moral and spiritual values. The answer on the relation of these two rights does not only influence but it determines also the essence of individual and social life, in that case the essence of family and married life. Noble petrifaction of the ethical pillar of ethnos shall favorably influence the discontinuation of further repeats of an inherently Serbian process, which is the process of decay of the national being/nation’s heart, verified through history, and present both in earlier centuries and recently.
