Summary/Abstract: This article is the analysis of problems appearing during the edition of XVIII century’scorrespondence (in this case, the letters from Magdalena z Czapskich to Hieronim FlorianRadziwiłł). It encourages to create interdisciplinary teams, connecting the experiencesof historicans and philologists, what would allow to characterize the sources in a morecomplete way.
