Summary/Abstract: Further to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (RIL Panel), in May three granted Decisions were published: Decision no. 4/2017 on the provisions of Article 378 (1) (c) of the Criminal Code; Decision no. 5/2017 referring to Article 485 (1) (b) Thesis I of the Criminal Procedure Code and Decision no. 6/2017 referring to Article 7 (4) of the Government Ordinance no. 105/1999 on granting certain rights to persons persecuted for ethnic reasons by the regimes instituted in Romania beginning with 6 September 1940 until 6 March 1945.
