MODEL OF BUDGET PROCESS OF BULGARIAN COMMERCIAL BANK

Summary/Abstract: Successful financial policy is a priority for every Bulgarian commercial bank. According to the author's conception through proper organization of the budgeting process the commercial bank realize the main purpose of improving the operational results. This article presents the author's model of a Bulgarian commercial bank. The model is implemented through a method containing a description of the subjects, tools and sequence of procedures of the budget process. Toolkit methodology includes mathematical and statistical methods for expertise and time trend models. The methodology is illustrated by the actual results of approbation in a particular Bulgarian commercial bank.
