Summary/Abstract: The associations of inter-community development represents the most efficient form of association of the local public administration authorities in order to achieve projects of local public services and utilities so as to satisfy the general needs of the local collectivity. This is the reason why it is important to correctly clarify the legal framework with regard to the establishing, organizing, functioning and taxing the activity of supplying the public service; this has become a constant and permanent activity of the Romanian legal authorities as the associations of inter-community development represent for the local public administration authorities an efficient means of accessing diverse and varied supportive programs of European financing for diversified projects of public administration.
