Summary/Abstract: The Flag of Romanian Patriarchate is a distinctive symbol of this superior administrative institution of the Romanian Orthodox Church. It is made up of two parts: the streamer and the wooden spear. The flag has a rectangular shape while its width is 2/3rd of its length. Its background colour is white and a coat of arms, in the description approved by the the Holy Synod, is imprinted at the centre of the flag. With this coat of arms, which includes the slogan GRAZE MY SHEEP, the flag is meant to individualize Romania’s Patriarchate.
