Summary/Abstract: The financial crisis demonstrated the need for enhanced regulatory activity. Group G-20 took the following task. The G-20 Summit in Pittsburgh directed financial regulation to be internationally coordinated and focused on preventing excessive risk-taking in financial markets. Achieved results brought up the question of creating new financial law terms and convergence of different regulatory instruments of soft law. However, G-20 Summit in Toronto, 2010, has directed further regulatory action towards the reduction of the fiscal deficit. The State’s Government’s must create and follow their own cut in its extent, programs aimed at reducing the budget deficit. This opened the path towards regional regulatory initiative.
