Walk of ideas through law

Summary/Abstract: The Authors present three ideas (humanity, efficiency and equity) in three perspectives (procedural, substantive and constitutional). On the basis of the two above-mentioned triad, the code of legal culture has been built. In the light of this code the following „words- keys” are presented: procedural dignity, procedural rationality and procedural justice (procedural law), rights of an individual, solidarity rights, substantive justice (substantive law), a participatory individual, a rational legislator, an efficient court and the status of a judge (constitutional law)
