Summary/Abstract: Wars that the United States of America have been making in last decade of 20th century and first decade of 21st century justify the assumption that continuation of the wars, military invasions, aggressions, interventions, occupations, provoked and encouraged civil wars, coups, and secret subversive and terrorist operations worldwide and in recent times on territory of former Yugoslavia and “Euro-Asian Balkan” have presented global international or foreign politics of the United States. This realization has been “covered” for decades with the “Cold War” gauze, East – West conflict, existence of red “empire of evil” and apocalyptic shadow of nuclear judgment day and nuclear ice age. Whole America foreign politics from the end of Second World War and emergence of the United States into a global superpower might be comprehended as some sort of continuation of the war and a continuous military accumulation and upgrade for purpose of staying at the top and not sharing it with anybody else. Production of crisis and wars is the way of survival and functioning of global international being of the United States as a superpower and its leader status and role. Foreign politics of the United States in 20th century and at the beginning of 21st century, comprehended in such way, might be as well as considered as the war or highly militant politics. American foreign politics has turned itself into its own contrariety, or, better said, in its real kind – it continued the war with other (additional, innovated) means. For the United States the war is – poli- tics. The war has been and will be in front of each and every politics. Imposing and achievement of its own state interest in international relations aimed at other states and nations through the war and military violence or the state and military terrorism, including here nuclear one, has substituted the politics and diplomacy as obsolete virtues, activities and technologies and has established itself as the politics itself. For American postmodern, postliberal, military high technological and perhaps post-orwellian ideologists and strategists of the world affairs, the politics and diplomacy have been only short and long breaks in the continuation of the state violence, imposition and geopolitical and material greed.
