Summary/Abstract: The article refers to a very important issue of tax legislator’s integrity. It includes several examples of authorities lacking in integrity in relation to the nation. They are most often associated with the wrong labeling of a public tribute, creating inapplicable legal institutions and the improper attitude of tax administration towards obliged persons. The state does not serve its citizen. This condition should be evaluated negatively.
