Summary/Abstract: Basic functions of the tense markers have been in the forefront as a result of the tense oriented approaches. However, tense markers, supplementary to their basic function, could acquire varied meanings in the sentences. In this study, simple present tense suffixes’ various meanings other than simply functioning as simple present tense marker will be addressed.
