Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the composition errors of Arab Students learning Turkish as a second language at TÖMER (Turkish and Foreign Languages Research and Application Centre). It begins with a brief outline of informations related to Error Analysis. For the purpose of creating a database, the examination papers of twenty students learning Turkish in basic, intermediate and high level classes at Tömer are obtained. After that some hypothesis are made leaving from the common or similar errors of these papers. When we examine these datas, it is possible to particularize common errors in various categories. Most of them are interlingual errors arised from the influence of mother tongue (Arabic ) on Turkish. Some of these errors are arised from using grammatical rules of mother tongue. Translation from mother tongue to another is also from errors of them.
