Summary/Abstract: The paper contains research results on association agreements concluded between the European Union and Eastern Partnership countries: Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The effects of association agreements go beyond formal contractual aspects. Consequently the paper focuses on legal, political, economic and historic implications of the association agreements for both parties, for Eastern Partnership communities and regional changes as well.
