Summary/Abstract: The job search models treat the search process as the way to collect information about the job offers. The search process is time and resource consuming. The agents bear theses costs to find the most suitable job postings. In this study, I try to identify factors that determine the probability of the job offer encountering by the unemployed individuals. I use individual LFS data and create a panel in which each individual is observed 4 times. I analyse the impact of particular factor and test whether their importance is time varying. The results prove that sex, age, marital status, place of residence and applied search methods diversify likelihood of a job match. Moreover, the impact of particular factors changes long the unemployment duration.
