Summary/Abstract: Starting with a short analysis of the basis for conscientious objection in Czech constitutional law the author presents three areas of realization of the objections regulatedby Czech legislative: in military service, where it practically lost its originally wide importance, in the guarantee of the seal of the confessional and of pastoral secrecy which canonly be realized in the penal law by clergymen of certain (not of all) registered Churchesand religious societies, and finally in the area of healthcare where it can be applied notonly by patients, but also by the healthcare personnel, even by providers of healthcare. The third area consequently finds the widest application in daily life.
