Summary/Abstract: The article introduces the analysis and interpretation of the works prepared by students of The Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice as a part of the project “Gift. Sketches A.D. 2015”. Artistic creation has been treated as a kind of ethnographically material which describes the phenomenon of the gift in contemporary Polish culture in a particular way.
