Summary/Abstract: The article presents the different jurisprudential opinions, illustrated with extracts from courts decisions, regarding the legal nature and the subject matter jurisdiction of the appeals brought against the decisions issued by the administrative commissions for children protection regarding the establishment of the disability degree in the case of children, accompanied by the author commentaries.
