Summary/Abstract: The article proposes a reaffirmation to the economic environment in Romania of a letter of responsibility from the Court of Accounts, by means of the realization of tasks set by Law no. 94/1992, that directly involves the verification of the formation, emphasizing, tracking and collecting of the state consolidated budget’s revenue, including the verification of the tax on profit obtained by associated companies (related).
