Summary/Abstract: The hierarchy in disposable groups, due to the specific nature thereof, is of significant importance for their proper functioning. Such a fixed sequence and order in this environment is essential as according to it someone performs managerial (command) functions, support ones or those positioned lower in terms of importance. Individuals holding certain positions must have relevant competences, skills and knowledge. Professional roles performed in disposable systems differ substantially from those played in a civilian environment. The differences result from the specificity of the tasks executed, responsibility for the specialised equipment and often for the lives of people.
