Summary/Abstract: One of the areas that are affected by current social changes is the family. It is also a strong priority for pastoral care. Pastoral theology is a science that reflects social changes and tries to suggest an appropriate pastoral practice through pastoral planning. For an effective reflection, it uses the “see-evaluate-act” method, based on the interpretation of the Pastoral Constitution of the Second Vatican Council Gaudium et spes.
